Kitchen Helper

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our vibrant food service team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to the preparation and serving of high-quality meals. Ideal candidates are passionate about food, safety-conscious, and eager to work collaboratively with a dynamic team. Prior experience in food handling or the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided. This position is essential to ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and delicious meals in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
• Food prep (cutting, portioning, marinating, trimming)
• Frying, grilling, and operating kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen including dishwashing
• Following food safety & hygiene standards
• Assisting with inventory and restocking

Requirements
• Previous experience in cooking, restaurant service, or food preparation is mandatory
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
• Food handler Certificate is mandatory

Shift
• Day shift 10-5
• Evening shift 5-closing (store close at 11, cleaning takes 30-45min)
• Part time 20-30hrs
• Having a flexible schedule is an asset and will be prioritized
• wage can be increased depending on your skill and experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
