Retail Sales Associate

Are you detailed orientated with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate join our team!Full training provided. Key responsibilities:-Retail Sales-Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently; invoicing-Provide outstanding customer service support to customers-Communicate effectively with team members and clients-Learn to measure and fit clients for compression garments including stockings, sleeves, wraps, and custom garments-Conduct in home appointments and measurements-Educate clients on garment use, donning and doffing techniques, and garment care-Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with clients-Maintain accurate client records and measurements-Assist with showroom sales and customer service-Participate in community outreach, clinics, and educational events Requirements:-Must have valid Class 5 Drivers Licence -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-Must fluently speak, read and write English-Comfortable travelling throughout Regina and surrounding areas (if needed)-Excellent communication and customer service skills-Professional appearance and compassionate bedside manner-Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Sales experience considered an asset Experience in healthcare, medical office administration or customer service is considered an asset Willingness to complete compression garment fitting certification training and on going training. Previous experience in sales a plus Starting wage DOE $18-20 per hour
